1. Go to www.underforge.app/account.php and sign in with your UnderForge email and password.
2. Scroll down to Delete account.
3. Tick I understand this is permanent. and select Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email yourcoach@underforge.app from the address you registered with, with the subject Delete my account. We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

If you write from a different address, we'll first ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Login and profile: your name, email, profile photo, goals and settings
• Training: workout and activity logs, exercises and sets, consistency scores and tasks
• Nutrition: meal logs, meal photos, daily totals and nutrition targets
• Body: weight and body composition entries
• Coaching: chats with your coach, check-ins and your coach assignment
• Community: your posts and their photos, comments, likes, the Forging Circles you own, your circle memberships and invites
• Usage records: the AI usage records linked to your account

This can't be undone.

• Backups: deleted data stays in our rolling database backups until they are overwritten, within 30 days.
• AI providers: messages and photos you sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and DeepSeek) while using the app are held by them under their own retention terms, up to 30 days at Anthropic, then deleted. We pass your deletion request on to them.
• Purchase and tax records: subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store, which keep their own purchase records. Any invoice or tax record we hold is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because Google Play or the App Store bills it. Cancel it there so you are not charged again:

• Google Play: Play Store app › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › UnderForge › Cancel subscription
• App Store: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › UnderForge › Cancel Subscription

You can keep your account and delete single items in the app: a meal, workout or activity from your log, a post or comment, or a Forging Circle you own. To have any other data deleted without closing your account, email yourcoach@underforge.app and tell us what to remove. We handle it within 30 days.
